If you are located in Minnetonka, MN, you will enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid-remote role as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance or Testing – Review design plans, process procedures, test procedures, and quality manuals to understand the scope, requirements, and functionality of products
End-to-end testing of the application (Functional, Integration, Regression, Performance, etc.)
Overall knowledge of STLC and SDLC
Develop in-depth system and application knowledge to provide higher test quality and coverage
Collaborate as part of the scrum team in grooming user stories and development of acceptance criteria for the user stories. Share and communicate ideas to business, managers, and the team
Maintaining good quality documentation of test cases and other validations – Document and review test cases and test results with project team to validate that all business and technical requirements have been met and will be covered with our testing process
Validate the quality of the product and confirm completion of assignments to meet QA/release deadlines
Build product expertise to identify and build automation test coverage
Building and maintaining automation frameworks utilizing tools such as Selenium, BDD, etc. Ability to learn new automation tools
Design, develop and implement automated tests as needed
Building and maintaining Performance/Load testing frameworks using tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or Performance Center
Writing SQL queries
Understand the ins and outs of our product and identify gaps
Analyzes data to identify trends in product quality or defects with the goal of mitigating and preventing recurrence and future defects
Works with less structured, more complex issues
Serves as a resource for others

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
5+ years of experience in software testing and automation
5+ years of experience in SQL skills and experience working with RDBMS
5+ years of experience in implementing test automation strategies, automated testing methodologies, approaches, tools, techniques (unit, functional, integration), executing automated test suites, and debugging test
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration
Experience with 1 or more API testing tools: Postman, REST Assured
Experience with Agile methodology and agile tools like rally
Experience with Continuous Integration tools – Jenkins, GitHub
Experience with 1 or more performance tools: Java, SQL, JMeter, GIT, Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Splunk, Grafana
Experience with 1 or more automation tools: Java, SQL, Selenium, Eclipse, Maven
