Responsibilities
Support IATF auditing by leading internal and external audits and ensuring audit readiness. Develop and maintain quality documentation including control plans, PFMEAs, process flows, and inspection instructions. Coordinate and execute APQP and PPAP activities for new product launches and annual re-validations. Manage document control systems and calibration programs for gages and equipment. Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone) for internal and customer quality issues. Support layered audits and manage corrective actions stemming from audit findings. Essential Skills
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field; equivalent experience considered. 2–5 years of experience in quality systems engineering. Strong knowledge of IATF, ISO 9001, and related quality standards. Experience in audit scheduling, execution, and follow-up. Proficiency in quality tools such as SPC, MSA, GD&T, and CMM programming. The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $43.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
