We take pride in our work and are dedicated to creating a supportive, inclusive environment that is dedicated to producing the best parts possible.*Position Summary:*Under limited supervision, oversees the quality systems and compliance activities of the plant.*Essential Functions:** Oversee plant quality systems (e.g., AS9100, Customer Requirements) including internal audit program, corrective action program, and document control program.* Oversee supplier quality including maintenance of the approved supplier list, qualifying new suppliers, and liaison with suppliers for quality issues.* Provide Quality Assurance support on the control and handling of digital data.* Oversee plant compliance to ITAR/EAR regulations and customer DPD requirements.* Working with stakeholders, define, implement, and oversee plant training program.* Participate in supplier and internal quality audits.* Provide support to quality engineers during time of absence.* Provide training to personnel when required* Other job-related duties as assigned.* Crosstrain with other personnel.*Required Training/Skills:** Extensive experience in quality system maintenance and implementation, including experience with AS9100.* Internal auditing experience, certification preferred.* Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.* Ability to work and provide status of multiple projects without constant oversite.* Experience with ITAR/EAR regulations.* Ability to read, interpret, and apply customer contracts/purchase order requirements and customer/ industry specifications.*Preferred Training/Skills: ** College degree in applicable field.* ASQ CQE.* Experience coordinating and overseeing training programs.* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.* Experience with supplier quality functions a definite plus.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or genetic information.
