Job Summary We are looking for a seasoned Quality Test Engineer with expertise in MS Dynamics CRM and a strong background in both manual and automation testing. The role involves requirement gathering, test planning, execution, defect management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in an agile environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in Healthplan systems and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills.\n\nResponsibilities:\nGather requirements and create user stories based on business needs.^Develop test plans and test cases for feature stories.^Prepare test data to support test case execution.^Execute functional testing based on defined acceptance criteria.^Log defects in the defect management system and participate in defect review meetings with the Scrum Master and Product Manager.^Collaborate with development and technical teams to resolve issues identified during testing.^Provide QA support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).^Participate in daily SCRUM meetings to provide status updates and discuss new work packets.
