Job Highlights

• Work from home full-time in a call center support role!
• Act as a liaison between hospital, health plans, physicians, patients, vendors and other referral sources
• Initiate and manage clinical referrals for pre-authorization
• Verify insurance coverage for radiology and other imaging exams
• Review referrals and follows up for additional information if necessary

Candidate Profile

• 1+ years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced customer service or call center role
• Working knowledge of medical terminology required (candidates with at least one year of experience in healthcare most likely meet the criteria)
• Must be extremely comfortable on the phone and have excellent communication skills; tech-savvy and comfortable with change

Additional Information

• Shifts are 8 hours between 7am - 7pm
