Position Title: RF Electronics Engineer
Location: Marietta, GA

Your Role
As an integral part of our small, close-knit team, you’ll contribute to the development of cutting-edge radar technologies, rapidly executing proof-of-concept prototyping projects. We’re driving multiple prototype radar systems toward critical flight testing and eventual deployment.
Design, assemble, integrate, and test radar transmit arrays and receivers.
Select and test analog components such as amplifiers, mixers, oscillators, and filters.
Create and evaluate custom PCB designs for optimal performance.
Conduct subsystem and system-level testing using vector network analyzers, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators.
Collaborate with mechanical and DSP engineers, ensuring seamless integration.
Learn and apply radar array calibrations, intellectual property protection, and high-performance radar design.
Who We’re Looking For
This junior to mid-level position requires an exceptional level of technical ingenuity, intellectual curiosity, and hands-on expertise with high-frequency electronics (2- GHz).
Must-Have Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Physics or Electrical Engineering (OR 5+ years of radar component/subsystem design experience).
Strong expertise in RF test equipment (VNA, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, AWG).
U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
Required Skills & Attributes:
Technical excellence in one or more areas:
PCB, multi-chip module, or integrated microwave assembly design
RF component selection, design, and testing (mixers, filters, oscillators, amplifiers, etc.)
Implementation of DSP algorithms on FPGA or RFSoC/RFSoM
Proven ability to adapt to complex technical challenges with minimal guidance.
Strong hands-on skills, demonstrated through a portfolio or past projects.
Intellectual curiosity, willing to step outside comfort zones frequently.
Self-directed problem-solving, with initiative in identifying solutions.
Effective collaboration, thriving in a multidisciplinary team setting.
Desire to work at the cutting edge of radar technology and defense innovation.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of radar and communication waveforms
Experience with cascade analysis, link budgeting, and radar-specific RF components
Ability to interface effectively with government customers
Skill in linking low-level tasks to high-level system objectives
Hands-on testing experience with RF systems in challenging environments
Understanding of RF systems for SWaP-C constrained interceptor platforms
