Job Title: RF Engineer Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid)

Job Overview: Join our client's team as an RF Engineer in the vibrant SoCal area, including Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego. This hybrid role primarily involves remote work, with occasional travel to our client's Irvine office for meetings or training.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and propose DAS and small cell network designs. Collaborate with customer engineering teams to enhance relationships. Conduct site selection, data analysis, and use propagation modelling tools. Design and engineer small cell solutions, including power designs in AutoCAD. Ensure compliance with FCC, OSHA, and city regulations for wireless systems. Optimize and troubleshoot DAS and small cell networks.

Essential Skills Required: Proficiency in RF Design, Project Management, Small Cell, and Power Engineering. Experience with Small Cell deployment, LTE, 5G, and RF propagation. Familiarity with prediction tools like Atoll and iBwave. Expertise in DAS design, 5-Step Commissioning, and optimization. Ability to use tools such as power meters, spectrum analysers, and pilot scanners. Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office Suite.
