Sales Engineer 2

Insight Global is hiring a Sales Engineer 2 for a telecom client in Charlotte, NC. Skills and Requirements:

• Eight or more years of experience as an Engineer in telecommunications industry selling strategic products
• History of designing LAN and WAN technologies, Managed Router, Firewall, Security, SD WAN, SASE and other cloud-based solutions with the ability to identify opportunities and design custom solutions for our clientele
• Bachelors degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
• Expert in telecommunications, networking technologies and Fortinet product suite
• Familiar with Salesforce; Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent presentation & whiteboarding skills
• Availability to travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities. Valid driver's license
• Excellent communication skills
• Cisco, CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet NSE1-4, MEF certifications
