Specializing in HVAC, plumbing, and automation solutions, they have consistently delivered high-performance systems for industrial, institutional, and healthcare environments. As they enter a new chapter of growth and strategic investment, they are expanding their sales and engineering leadership team.
We are seeking a Mechanical Sales Engineer who brings both technical expertise and consultative sales acumen. This individual will play a key role in developing retrofit and mechanical upgrade solutions for industrial and commercial clientsguiding projects from initial assessment through successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a technical consultant to industrial and institutional clients, identifying system needs and designing tailored solutions
Develop long-term client relationships and oversee the full sales cycle from discovery through close
Collaborate with internal engineering, estimating, and operations teams to ensure accurate scoping and smooth handoffs
Stay engaged post-sale to support implementation and client satisfaction
Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a focus on long-term value creation
Ideal Candidate Profile
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management (Mechanical preferred)
5+ years of experience in mechanical systems sales or engineering within industrial or institutional settings
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, mechanical design, and retrofit applications
Proven ability to communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
Based within 12 hours of Carrollton, GA and available for weekly on-site collaboration
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary up to $125,000, commensurate with experience
Performance-based commissions and bonuses (total earnings potential: $150K$300K+)
Car allowance + gas card
