What You Will Get To Do: Partner with sales teams to understand customer needs and deliver tailored product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution recommendations. Gather customer technical requirements and align the SS&C Skyline solution. Serve as a point of contact for resolving technical concerns or integration questions during the sales cycle. Collaborate with product and engineering team. Assist with onboarding new customers by providing technical guidance.
What You Will Bring: Product & Industry Knowledge: Brings a solid background in property management operations, with a strong emphasis on accounting processes and workflows. Demo & Presentation Expertise: Skilled in delivering tailored, high-impact product demonstrations that align with customer goals and pain points. Sales Process Alignment: Understands the sales cycles and collaborates closely with sales executives to drive deal completion. Problem-Solving & Objection Handling: Proficient at overcoming technical objections and identifying creative solutions to win customer confidence. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works well with product, engineering, implementation, and support teams to ensure seamless pre- and post-sales transitions.
