About this role
As the Salesforce Solutions Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in accelerating the adoption of AI within our GTM motion while ensuring our systems architecture scales to support increasingly complex workflows. You’ll lead high-impact AI initiatives—from outbound automation to segmentation strategies—while also architecting and owning key Salesforce-centric integrations across our sales and marketing stack. This is a highly technical, hands-on role that bridges AI, RevOps, and platform development to create a seamless, intelligent experience for our teams.
We’re looking for a versatile and entrepreneurial technologist who is equal parts AI builder, Salesforce expert, and systems integrator—someone who can design with vision, execute with speed, and collaborate with empathy.
What you’ll do
Design and implement AI-powered GTM tools, including outbound automation and intelligent segmentation frameworks.
Lead the development of our “Sales Assistant” AI experience, integrating LLMs into workflows that elevate team efficiency and impact.
Architect scalable, reliable integrations between Salesforce and key tools such as Salesloft, Hubspot, CS platforms, and marketing automation tools.
Own platform health by monitoring data sync fidelity between Salesforce and backend systems; proactively troubleshoot issues and outages.
Guide and uphold development best practices to ensure high-quality code, stable integrations, and a strong foundation for future scale.
Oversee the rollout of major feature updates across GTM platforms, ensuring proper enablement and adoption.
Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders—translating complex requirements into elegant, usable systems.
Support broader RevOps strategy through thoughtful system design, GTM UX enhancements, and AI-first process optimization.
Qualifications
5+ years of Salesforce development and configuration experience (Apex, LWC, APIs, SLDS, SOQL, Flow)
4+ years of operational experience supporting Sales or CS teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture
2+ years of experience building applications using LLMs, ideally with exposure to production-grade AI/ML systems.
Strong SQL skills with ability to perform deep data analysis and build reliable pipelines.
Ability to clearly articulate technical ideas across diverse audiences—from engineers to sales reps.
Strong collaboration and project ownership mindset, with a track record of delivering complex systems on time.
Nice to have:
Experience with adjacent tools in the GTM ecosystem (e.g., Clay, Gong, Salesloft, ZoomInfo).
Development experience with languages like Python or Javascript and platforms like Snowflake or AWS.
Familiarity with marketplace or inside sales motions; prior experience supporting both Sales and Success teams.
