Position: Scala Engineer

Location: US Only - remote hiring

Must Have Requirements:

5+ years Scala experience (Should self-rate Scala as a minimum of 8 out of 10) Proven background in Databricks streaming. Solid understanding of data architecture, pipeline orchestration, and data modeling. Comfortable with cloud environments and tools. Experience in external client-facing roles. Preferred Experience: Scala + Databricks Experience with orchestration tools. Exposure to data governance compliance. Familiarity with Databricks Technologies. Strong knowledge of Delta Lake and Lakehouse patterns. Familiarity with Unity Catalog - metadata management, access control, and governance Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.
