What will you be doing? As a vital member of the Applications & Cloud team, you will collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to provide escalated IT support, utilizing Microsoft Azure and RelativityOne cloud services. You will contribute significantly to shaping technology solutions while maintaining a security-first approach in complex legal contexts. Your role includes: Serving global teams in executing projects related to the identification, collection, processing, and review of electronically stored data (ESI). Collaborating with clients to design efficient workflows, minimize risks, and ensure ESI is preserved, discoverable, and useful. Maintaining active communication with clients and team members to ensure timely delivery of support tasks and project objectives. Leading internal meetings to review project results. Ensuring adherence to eDiscovery best practices through quality control checks. Demonstrating expertise in leading eDiscovery tools such as Relativity and Brainspace. Coordinating with the IT PMO to document project progress and milestones. Identifying opportunities for improving processes and efficiencies. Who will you be working with? Core Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information management, data science, or a related field is required. 10+ years of relevant professional experience in an IT support role. 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Azure. 2 years of experience in MS Sentinel SIEM & MS Defender deployments. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability. Excellent multitasking and project management capabilities. Exceptional client service and relationship-building skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Eagerness to learn new technologies in a dynamic environment. Preferred Attributes: Advanced user experience with Relativity Server and RelativityOne. Proficiency in industry-standard review tools like Relativity, Reveal, Nuix, Brainspace. Knowledge of eDiscovery methodology and client service delivery. Understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM). Experience with document review management is a plus.
