We’ve assembled a top-tier team, and you’ll join as one of the first 30 employees, working directly with the CTO and founding engineers on systems that must scale to handle millions of user interactions daily.

What you’ll do

• Build and scale fault-tolerant, multi-region backend systems in Go

• Design real-time systems that support thousands of concurrent AI agents

• Improve latency, observability, uptime, and infrastructure resilience

• Own Kubernetes deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and production hardening

• Collaborate with product/platform teams to architect scalable systems

• Drive post-mortems, SRE practices, and infrastructure tooling

• Wear many hats, move fast, and ship mission-critical systems from scratch

What we’re looking for

• 4–10 years of software engineering experience

• 2–3+ years in Go (strong backend focus: 60–70% backend, 30–40% frontend)

• Hands-on experience building and scaling backend systems from scratch

• Strong experience with Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems

• Familiar with APIs, databases, observability, and CI/CD

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

• Proven "founder mentality": hard work, independence, ownership

• Comfortable working long hours (up to 70 hrs/week during crunch)

• Passionate about AI-driven technologies and solving real-world problems

• Bonus Points:

• Experience at top-tier tech companies or fast-scaling startups (e.g., DoorDash, Uber, TikTok)

• Proficiency in React and TypeScript

• Strong CS fundamentals (degree from a top CS program, not a bootcamp)

• Personal side projects, open-source contributions, or entrepreneurial work
