Key analytics topics involve: Product / Value Proposition design Customer / Go-to-market strategies Enhancing Customer Experience Business Planning & Forecasting Key Responsibilities: Develop, launch, and scale self-service analytics and insights offerings Over 5 years of professional experience in business intelligence, analytics, statistics, data engineering, or a related field Proficient in data modeling, SQL, ETL, data warehousing, and data lakes Strong understanding of engineering and operational best practices Expert-level SQL skills, with proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala Familiarity with AWS products like Redshift and Quicksight Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adept at summarizing findings and conveying information to both business and technical stakeholders About the Team: The Analytics team is a small, central group within AWS Support, combining diverse expertise ranging from strategy and planning to machine learning and business intelligence.
