As a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer, you will play a vital role by leveraging your data expertise to meet compliance requirements and create business value. You will collaborate with various multidisciplinary teams to automate, integrate, analyze, and present data, focusing on benefit utilization across all Medicaid programs. Key Responsibilities: Data Management and Modeling: Generate and monitor reports on benefit and ILOS utilization across Medicaid programs, ensuring compliance with state reporting requirements. Strategic Analysis and Benefit Design: Conduct predictive and prescriptive analytics to understand member behavior and inform product design. Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication: Work cross-functionally to align business goals with analytics solutions, providing timely data-driven insights to leadership. Process Improvement and Compliance: Ensure compliance with Medicaid state reporting, develop reporting tools, and implement enhancements for data accuracy and reporting efficiency. Culture and Approach: Foster a customer-centric mindset, employing empathy and creative problem-solving in defining scalable product solutions. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, health informatics, business, or a related field. 4+ years of technical experience in business intelligence, data systems, reporting, and data analysis. 3+ years of healthcare experience in Medicare and/or Medicaid populations. Proficiency in tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or Qlik for data visualization. Experience with SQL, SAS, or other data systems, and working with large healthcare datasets. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in a relevant field. Experience in data mining, forecasting, and predictive modeling. Familiar with healthcare analytics across various sectors and working with government agencies.
