SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER

Join a leading civil engineering practice as a Lead Engineer/Department Manager and play a pivotal role in expanding regional operations.

What You’ll Do: Lead and mentor project managers, engineers, and technicians across public infrastructure and private development projects

Drive new business by identifying client opportunities, leading proposals and presentations, and securing contracts

Foster lasting client relationships through regular engagement and industry events

Collaborate with cross‑discipline teams (transportation, water, planning, landscape) to deliver integrated solutions

Oversee project execution—timeline, budget, quality, and client satisfaction

Manage group-wide project finances and metrics

Travel ~15% for inter-office, client, and business development meetings What We’re Looking For: 12+ years in civil engineering, with demonstrated leadership

Professional Engineer license (ideally or in Engineering (or equivalent experience)

Excellent judgment, creativity, and strategic vision
