Job Summary
: In this role, you will perform cost estimating, analysis, control activities, schedule development, maintenance, reporting, and monitoring activities. You will assist in preparing cost/schedule data for proposals and present at stakeholder meetings. Your work ensures projects stay on track, on budget, and ahead of the competition. #LI-KL1 #LI-Onsite Major Responsibilities:
Performs routing cost estimating, analysis, and control activities, as directed.
Supports the implementation of cost monitoring and control standards, techniques, systems, and reports.
Prepares cost data for proposals or contracts.
Coordinates the development and accuracy of cost reports.
Verified consistency with previous reports to ensure compatibility and consistency.
Prepares specific budgets in accordance with prescribed standards and procedures.
Investigates the requirements for estimating and/or cost control data.
Collects and classifies cost data.
Performs budget allocation and reporting/cost control regime for a specific discipline or group of disciplines.
Prepares cost studies using historical data, statistical analysis, and cost and quantity comparisons.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Level 1: Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience.
Level 2: Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience.
Must be a US Citizen.
Must be able to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check, which includes verification of employment and education.
Must be able to obtain site security badge for access to work site.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
Networks and connects with senior and internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
