Pay Range: $55hr - $74.07hr We are seeking an experienced CIAM Solution Architect to lead the design and development of identity and access management (IAM) solutions for our enterprise clients. This role will involve implementing secure and scalable CIAM solutions using Liferay Portal, Auth0, and other complementary identity management platforms. Requirement/Must Have: Proven experience in architecting and implementing comprehensive CIAM solutions. Strong experience with Liferay Portal, Auth0, and other identity management platforms. Expert-level proficiency in identity management protocols: SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0/2.1, OpenID Connect, and JWT. Experience in enterprise application development using Java, JavaScript, and SQL. Strong knowledge of identity providers such as Auth0, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), LDAP, and Active Directory. Extensive knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Experience: Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in enterprise identity management solution development. Experience in leading complex technical troubleshooting for identity management systems and portal implementations. Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams including architecture, security, and product teams. Established experience in maintaining technical documentation, including solution architecture diagrams and integration specifications. Responsibilities or Duties: Architect and implement CIAM solutions using Liferay Portal, Auth0, and complementary identity management platforms. Lead complex technical troubleshooting initiatives for identity management systems and portal implementations. Collaborate with enterprise architecture, security, and product teams for seamless integration of identity solutions. Maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture diagrams and operational procedures. Research and evaluate emerging identity management technologies and industry best practices. Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives. Should Have: Experience with Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, or SailPoint. Knowledge of cloud-native identity services (AWS IAM, Azure Active Directory, Google Cloud Identity). Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code. Familiarity with cloud deployment patterns and scalable architecture design. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for complex systems. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience with agile development methodologies and cross-functional collaboration. Proficiency with version control systems (Git, GitLab). Qualification or Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CIAM, or vendor-specific credentials. Cloud platform certifications (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) are a plus.
