Support and lead the custom quoting and order process, ensuring technical feasibility and compliance with listings, code, and customer specifications. Provide electrical engineering expertise across a wide range of Trystar products, ensuring custom designs align with best practices and manufacturability. Refine and document quoting processes to improve efficiency and reduce engineering cycle time for custom orders. Collaborate with Sales, offering owners, application engineers, and manufacturing to bridge the gap between customer requirements and practical, buildable solutions. Identify common customizations and work toward streamlining configurations to improve quoting speed and accuracy. Drive impact beyond individual contributions by enabling others to move faster, make better decisions, and deliver higher-quality work. Act as a technical mentor to engineers and sales team members, helping improve internal understanding of complex power distribution solutions. Continuously improve processes to reduce rework, enhance design efficiency, and improve order accuracy. Job Requirements:
