About the Role

Were hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer (PE) on behalf of our client, a respected MEP consulting firm based in Baltimore, MD. This full-time, onsite position is ideal for a Maryland-licensed PE with experience leading electrical design for hospitals, telecom, and institutional facilities. Youll guide technically complex projects from concept through construction, supporting high-performance design across mission-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead electrical system design for healthcare, higher education, telecom, and government facilities Prepare drawings, specs, load calculations, and perform field inspections Coordinate normal and emergency power systems (UPS, generators, switchgear) Participate in client meetings, site visits, and project presentations Oversee multiple projects, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, and budget

What Were Looking For

820 years of experience in electrical design for buildings Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Active PE license in Maryland Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit experience preferred Experience with UPS, lighting, low-voltage, and mission-critical systems U.S. citizenship and valid drivers license required
