We are seeking a talented professional who will manage, monitor, and optimize endpoint security solutions, including CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Defender for Mobile, and CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM). Key Responsibilities: Endpoint Security Management: Administer and support endpoint security solutions, monitoring alerts and incidents for timely responses to potential threats. Threat Detection and Response: Analyze security events to identify threats and conduct forensic investigations to determine root causes of incidents. Policy Configuration and Enforcement: Develop and enforce endpoint security policies, optimizing security settings within our tools. User Support: Offer technical support to end-users, guiding them in best practices for endpoint security. Collaboration and Communication: Partner with IT and security teams to integrate and enhance endpoint security within our existing frameworks. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of endpoint security configurations and generate incident reports for management review. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on the latest security trends and identify opportunities for process automation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Proven experience managing endpoint security solutions, particularly CrowdStrike and Microsoft Defender products. Strong understanding of threat detection, incident response, and security monitoring tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Scripting experience in PowerShell and Python. Familiarity with ServiceNow for ticket and change management. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CEH are a plus.
