Aquinas Consulting is seeking to fill a Senior ERP Engineer job in New Haven, CT. In this role you will create, modify, test and develop and enhance code, forms, script, and modules of the company's ERP software solutions based on customer requirements and business specifications. Senior ERP Engineer Job Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement quality solutions across the application landscape that are maintainable, leveraging reuse as appropriate Collaborate with SAP Business Stakeholders to identify, design, and implement internal process improvements such as automating manual processes and optimizing development processes. Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to test new functionalities. Provide support in the areas of requirement gathering, business process mapping, solution design, data conversions, system configurations, testing, deployment, cutover coordination, training, and post go live support. Author functional and technical specifications at the level required for off-site technical development. Ensure all new developments conform to standards, and ensure the standards are kept up to date including interfacing with third party development and support on these items. Lead and perform technical mapping, gap analysis, and recommend the best way to address the gaps. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field. 8+ years hands on SAP ERP engineer experience. 8+ years IT experience. Must demonstrate up-to-date expertise of the SAP ERP platform including S/4HANA (Core Finance, FSCD, FPSL, Treasury), SAP Analytics Cloud (Budgeting,Planning and reporting), Access Management (GRC), and SuccessFactors (employee central, recruitment, onboarding, compensation/variable pay, performance & goal management, succession management), Benefit Focus, and Concur.
