Please do not share outside of the organization.IntroductionAs a Senior Facilities Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical expertise in mechanical engineering for a variety of asset builds, repairs, and infrastructure modifications. Your responsibilities will include managing and maintaining the infrastructure, utilities, and cleanroom environments essential for semiconductor manufacturing. You will have a focus on engineering, architectural, cost and schedule management, construction, cleanroom management, maintenance, utilities sustainability, project management, documentation insuring building code compliance. You will be a key contributor to the success of the semiconductor R&D facility. Additionally, you will be instrumental in overseeing equipment, piping, HVAC systems, and building infrastructure in a R&D environment, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the facility.Minimum QualificationsBS degree in mechanical engineering or related field5+ years of relevant industry experienceExperience supporting capital projectsExpertise in mechanical engineering related to equipment, piping, HVAC systems, utilities, and building infrastructure in a manufacturing environment.Preferred QualificationsProfessional Engineer certificationStrong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentStrong understanding of cleanroom environments and semiconductor manufacturing facilities.Familiarity with relevant safety and environmental regulations in the semiconductor industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in working with external contractorsComputer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows/Word/Excel, AutoCAD, and Computerized Maintenance Management SystemsAbility to read/develop electrical line drawings and piping and instrumentation drawingsWorking knowledge of OSHA's Standards for Construction Safety, Process Safety Management, Lockout/Tagout, Hot Work, and Confined Space EntryStrong technical knowledge in mechanical engineering, including safety standards, mechanical design specifications, and reviewing technical drawingsExceptional documentation skills, demonstrating discipline and attention to detailPay Range for this position: $147,000 - $220,600Our ranges are derived from several sources, and largely reliant on relevant industry market data.
