What will you do?As a founding engineer you’ll work across the stack, helping build a modern, fast-moving Rust + React product with real user impact. In collaboration with our co-founders and design team, you'll be partnering Machine Learning/AI to drive automated insights with designs to give businesses a tool to experiment and understand subscribers in order to create engaging, simple and intuitive workflows.You’ll be joining at an exciting time - we’re launching our beta and moving fast. You’ll help increase product velocity, ship new features quickly, and improve the underlying platform. Whether building back-end infrastructure, experimenting with retention offers, or fine-tuning user experience, you’ll play an important role in shaping the future of our product.You’ll also shape our roadmap, engineering culture, and tech foundations. Our stack today is Rust, React, and PostgreSQL, and we’re exploring how to layer in insight models and strategy automation using constrained AI.
