Senior Information Assurance Engineer GovCIO is currently hiring for a Senior Information Assurance Engineer to support our client's SA&A contract needs. This position will fully remote. Responsibilities: Lead efforts to remediate system vulnerabilities and close identified Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) Lead efforts to update security documentation for BIES systems needed to obtain and maintain Authority to Operate (ATO) Lead efforts to work with project teams to collect evidence and remediate findings Lead efforts to work with Information Assurance Engineers to access system security posture and remediate vulnerabilities Qualifications: Bachelor's with 8+ years of information assurance experience (or commensurate experience) 5+ years of experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF) Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) required IA baseline certification required Expert proficiency with assessing, documenting, and remediating cyber security vulnerabilities Clearance required: An active Top Secret clearance with ability to maintain a SCI clearance Company Overview: GovCIO is a team of transformers--people who are passionate about transforming government IT.
