If you're excited about building for scale, supporting self-hosted enterprise deployments, and working with a team that thrives in a high-growth environment, this role is for you. What You’ll Do: Design and scale fault-tolerant infrastructure to support rapidly growing usage Collaborate with enterprise customers to deploy on-premise installations Streamline internal tooling and operationalize deployment pipelines Work closely with engineering to support LLM infrastructure at scale Tackle complex systems challenges in a hybrid cloud/on-premise environment What We’re Looking For: 5+ years in DevOps, Infra, or Platform Engineering roles Experience scaling systems for self-hosted enterprise software Strong hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform Familiarity with AWS, GCP, Azure (multi-cloud experience preferred) BS in Computer Science or related technical field Strong Linux and networking fundamentals Excellent collaboration and customer-facing communication skills Startup mentality – thrives in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments Willingness to work long hours, in-person, 5 days/week in SF You Might Be a Great Fit If You: Have worked in a Series B+ startup or on a large-scale product at a smaller company Enjoy tinkering with infrastructure tools and optimizing deployment processes Love being surrounded by high-caliber engineers in a collaborative environment Want to help enterprises in defense, finance, and healthcare scale AI tools securely Salary : $180K–$250K (based on experience) Equity : $75K–$125K Onsite only – relocation support available for strong candidates Apply now to be part of a company solving real infrastructure challenges at scale, powering thousands of developers around the world.
