Primary Responsibilities: u00b7 Take ownership of assigned projects and actively drive them to completion. u00b7 Leverage new and existing technologies to help Teams achieve their automation goals. u00b7 Proactively evaluate the security of new and existing solutions. u00b7 Work with security compliance teams, ensuring solutions adhere to HIPAA, SOX and PCI-DSS requirements. u00b7 Lead troubleshooting efforts upon escalation, working them until resolution or handoff. u00b7 Independently review and verify changes/solutions of high complexity and ensure governance and change management practices are followed. u00b7 Provide input on solution designs and security policies. u00b7 Mentor and provide training to other team members. Requirements: u00b7 Bacheloru2019s degree in Information Technology (will consider technical training/job experience equivalents). u00b7 5+ years of IT experience with 2+ years of IT Infrastructure Engineering experience. Enterprise Engineering experience with Kubernetes design and implementation. u00b7 Engineering or Sr Administration level experience with Linux Operating Systems such as Ubuntu, OEL, and RHEL. u00b7 Experience with automation technologies such as Ansible/AWX, Terraform. u00b7 Proficiency in at least one scripting language such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python. u00b7 Comfortable with data serialization and markup languages such as YAML, JSON, XML, and HTML. u00b7 Experience using Source Control (Git, SVN, TFVC). u00b7 Experience with load balancing solutions like Big-IP, Nginx, Kemp, or cloud based. u00b7 Ability to leverage authentication technologies like Active Directory, Entra, LDAP, SAML, and DUO in new and existing solutions. u00b7 An in-depth understanding of core IT knowledge (TCP/IP, VLANs, NAT, DNS, OSI Layers). u00b7 Fluent English and high oral and written communication skills. u00b7 Ability to plan work out in advance, scheduling approval for changes with proper communication. u00b7 Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. u00b7 Ability to interact with various levels of professionals. u00b7 Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. u00b7 Be able to judge priorities and adjust their work accordingly. u00b7 Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention. u00b7 Ability to independently research, design, implement, document, and hand off a solution. u00b7 Maintain strong working relationships with operations peers, development teams and hardware/software vendors.
