Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior IT DevSecOps Engineer to join a high-impact team responsible for implementing and managing secure, scalable, and automated development and deployment infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, hands-on experience in CI/CD pipeline management, and a passion for continuous improvement and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand customer requirements and define project KPIs.

Implement development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure.

Plan team structure and participate in project management activities.

Manage stakeholder expectations and external communications.

Set up tools and required infrastructure for streamlined DevOps operations.

Define and maintain development, testing, release, update, and support processes.

Review, verify, and validate software code to ensure quality and security.

Troubleshoot and resolve code defects using robust debugging techniques.

Monitor lifecycle processes, ensuring adherence and recommending improvements.

Encourage automation across all workflows and environments.

Perform continuous vulnerability assessments and implement cybersecurity measures.

Handle incident management and conduct root cause analysis.

Coordinate effectively within the team and with client stakeholders.

Select and manage CI/CD tools tailored to the environment.

Build and maintain continuous integration and deployment pipelines.

Mentor and guide junior team members.

Monitor customer experience and project KPIs.

Provide regular progress reports to leadership and customers.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years of experience in a DevSecOps or related software engineering role.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in application development/engineering for enterprise environments.

Strong background in Git and Git-based workflows.

Hands-on experience with modern DevOps tools and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).

Solid understanding of secure SDLC practices and infrastructure automation.

Certifications (Preferred):

AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional

Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
