As a key player in our Information Technology team, you will oversee the development, delivery, and operation of our software and information services. We are looking for an experienced engineer who can anticipate user needs and create solutions that enhance our operations while driving business value. In this role, you will be immersed in a cross-functional team where you will design, develop, and maintain applications while adhering to established processes and engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the technical design strategy for our LIMS (Labware) application.
Design, develop, and maintain our LIMS application to effectively support our Microbiology and Analytical labs.
Ensure all software configurations and developments comply with regulatory requirements.
Utilize the Labware database structure to facilitate system integration, enhance reporting, and troubleshoot issues.
Support integration between laboratory instruments and applications.
Manage relationships with LIMS vendors to ensure effective collaboration.
Qualifications:
8-12 years of relevant experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
3-6 years of experience with LIMS and lab systems in a medical or pharmaceutical environment preferred.
Proficient in Labware applications, including ELN and workflows.
Hands-on experience in at least one Labware LIMS implementation in a GxP environment.
Experience working in a regulated GxP environment.
Proven track record in managing development projects with both in-house and contracted teams.
Strong communication skills to gather user requirements effectively.

Compensation: Anticipated salary range is $121,600 - $173,700, with bonus eligibility.
