Job Summary
Allvue is on the lookout for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who will be instrumental in sculpting the marketing narrative for our suite of products. This strategic role reports directly to the Head of Marketing and is central to Allvue's accelerated growth. Your mission will be to demystify our solutions in the marketplace, craft incisive go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and articulate messaging that resonates with our customers at every touchpoint.
You will forge strong alliances with sales, marketing, and product teams, ensuring Allvue’s solutions are strategically positioned and are in the hands of our ideal customers. Your influence will extend across various teams — from marketing to solutions engineering and customer success — as you guide and learn from these groups to bring our solutions to market effectively.
This role is tailored for leaders who embody an ownership mentality, utilize data to glean insights, empathize with clients and buyers, and thrive on rapid learning and best practices implementation. You are a dynamic individual ready to take initiative, innovate, and be resourceful with hands-on execution
Responsibilities
Product launch
Help determine launch approach (MVP, Early Access, GA), product market fit milestones, level and type of marketing needed for a given launch tier, and field readiness across revenue and customer experience functions
Spearhead successful product launches by synchronizing efforts across teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful introduction of our solutions to the market
Plan and execute integrated marketing programs to maximize, visibility, reach and impact of product launches
Messaging and positioning
Develop positioning, messaging, and identify the Ideal Customer Profile for our GTM vertical segments, including credit, equity, and fund administration; with a focus on credit
Craft unique product positioning and messaging that appeals to both technical and lay audiences, aligned with Allvue’s objectives and customer needs
Champion Allvue’s products internally and externally, driving awareness and understanding of the unique benefits our solutions offer
Sales enablement
Collaborate with the demand generation team members to develop solution-specific marketing programs to our different personas
Support GTM readiness through the development and delivery of sales enablement tools (e.g. FAQs, data sheets, presentations, and demos)
Create compelling content for all stages of the funnel with a focus on mid-to-bottom of funnel content
Campaign and channel activation
Activate product messaging across key marketing channels (email, web, social, events, partners) to support go-to-market launches and demand-driving campaigns
Work closely with marketing partners to analyze campaign performance and refine messaging to improve channel effectiveness and conversion
Ensure consistent, persona-based value propositions across all campaign touchpoints, aligning product narrative with buyer journey stages to maximize engagement and pipeline impact
Requirements
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
5+ year track record of success driving product B2B SaaS marketing strategies and go-to-market programs of scale (e.g., over $50M in annual revenue) and launching and scaling products or markets
Strategic mindset paired with a hands-on approach to tasks
Experience marketing to CFOs, fund managers, investor relations professionals, and IT decision makers
Computer Skills
Skilled with PCs and Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Working knowledge of Salesforce, Canva, WordPress, and HubSpot is beneficial
Education/Certifications
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Finance, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
7+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on fintech, financial services or similar industry like consulting, investment banking, private equity, or private debt
Strong preference for candidates with experience in the alternative investment space
