Position Summary: We are hiring a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead HVAC system design and develop a growing mechanical design team. This position requires both technical excellence and leadership ability, as well as experience designing systems for institutional, healthcare, and federal projects. Key Responsibilities: · Design HVAC systems and perform energy/load calculations · Conduct system surveys and write technical specifications · Oversee QA/QC and ensure code compliance · Manage and mentor junior engineers · Lead client meetings and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams Qualifications: · PE license required · Minimum years of HVAC design experience · Citizenship with clearance eligibility · Revit, AutoCAD, and Trace /IES proficiency · + years of project management experience (preferred)
