Key Responsibilities Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects from concept to completion. Coordinate and participate in project meetings with clients, contractors, and architects. Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. Collaborate with a pool of staff to designate team members based on project needs and individual expertise. What You'll Need to Succeed PE licensed Engineer. 8+ years of experience in mechanical design for MEP systems. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage people and projects. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Familiarity with diversified project types, including aviation, healthcare, commercial, and tech.
