Responsibilities
Streamline and automate the deployment of machine learning models into production environments
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ensure seamless model integration
Develop and manage continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for machine learning projects
Design and maintain scalable machine learning infrastructure, leveraging cloud platforms and containerization technologies
Optimize computational resources to handle large-scale data processing and model training efficiently
Monitor machine learning models in production, ensuring their reliability and performance
Perform regular maintenance and updates to machine learning systems and pipelines
Work closely with cross-functional teams to incorporate best practices in machine learning operations
Provide insights and recommendations for improving machine learning workflows and infrastructure
Create detailed documentation for machine learning operations processes and systems
Report on the status, performance, and impact of machine learning models in production
Requirements
Proven experience as an ML Ops Engineer, Data Engineer, or in a similar role focusing on machine learning model deployment and operations
Proficiency in Python programming, specifically for machine learning applications
Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and libraries
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Understanding of data engineering principles and practices
Fluent English proficiency (B2 level)
Knowledge of machine learning model lifecycle management
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in machine learning systems
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical teams
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
