Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent work experience - Relevant technical certifications, such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, VCP, CISSP, or equivalent - 8+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on Managed Services and a proven track record of successfully designing and implementing complex IT solutions - Expertise in Windows Server family, Microsoft Cloud Solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure), and current Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems - Advanced knowledge of networking fundamentals, including hands-on experience with firewalls, managed switches, routers, wireless infrastructure, and network security best practices
