What you ’ll do As a Senior Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's network infrastructure. This role requires a deep understanding of network architecture, protocols, and security. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex network environments and a proven ability to ensure high availability and performance. Specifically, you will: Network Design and Implementation: Develop and implement network solutions to meet the organization's needs, ensuring scalability and reliability. Infrastructure Management: Maintain and optimize network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems. Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve network issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations. Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain network security measures to protect data integrity and comply with industry standards. Performance Monitoring: Monitor network performance and make recommendations for improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams and other departments to support network-related projects and initiatives. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
What’s required
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus. Minimum of 10 years of experience in network engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role. Expertise in network protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS). Experience with network hardware from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, or Arista. Proficiency in network security technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems. Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP) are highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to the highest ethical standards.

The annual base salary range for this role is $250,000-$300,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
