Senior Network Engineer Relentlessly Driven, Technically Elite NRI is seeking a highly motivated , technically sharp , and relentlessly persistent Senior Network Engineer to assist with designing, automating, and supporting a scalable, cloud-ready network infrastructure. In this position, youll be a hands-on Network Engineer mentoring, helping shape a high-performance network environment that supports a fast-paced, evolving business landscape. You're not just keeping the lights on; youre proactively building the future. What Youll Be Doing Support the onsite Architect with Vision: Assist with designing and implementing modern, automated network solutions that align with business goals and scale with demandon-prem and in the cloud. Own the Automation: Champion Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or custom Python scripts to simplify, standardize, and accelerate network operations. Drive Operational Excellence: Proactively monitor performance, resolve complex issues with urgency, and refine processes with a data-driven mindset. Mentor & Inspire: Share knowledge and raise the bar across the team, guiding junior engineers and collaborating with cross-functional partners with clarity and confidence. Respond with Purpose: Lead the charge during critical incidentsswiftly identifying, resolving, and preventing disruptions with a laser-focused, never-give-up attitude. Stay Curious & Connected: Work closely with vendors and partners to explore, evaluate, and implement the latest networking solutions.
Who You Are A passionate technologist who genuinely loves building and optimizing networks. A clear and confident communicatorequally comfortable explaining solutions to executives or diving into technical details with engineers. A bulldog problem-solver who doesnt stop until the job is done and done right. A natural leader and team playerpositive, proactive, and always focused on outcomes.
Your Technical Foundation 10+ years of experience in network engineering, with deep expertise in routing (BGP, OSPF), switching, firewalls, and load balancers within an Enterprise IT environment. Datacenter design and migration experience Wireless Networking experience Proven success with network automation and scripting (Ansible, Terraform, Python). Hands-on experience in cloud networking (AWS, Azure). Strong understanding of IaC principles, especially as applied to technologies like Cisco ACI. Strong hands-on experience with ISE. Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
Nice To Have Experience with SDN and network security frameworks. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for network deployment and automation.
