The candidate should have advanced knowledge of networking standards and routing/switching protocols, strong customer service skills and excellent written and verbal communications. Matrix Networks works with a large portfolio of technologies from vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Ruckus, Bigleaf, Cato Networks, and more.
