The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, leadership abilities, be organized, have an ability to prioritize their time, and understand the value of providing strong customer service.This position will serve as a subject matter expert on STC's Digital Engineering Infrastructure team. The DE Infrastructure team is a set of tools admins who work on tactical, high-visibility contracts; often providing a level of expertise where they are guiding customer admins on how to configure their systems. The chosen candidate will work directly with customers, with little oversight, and will demonstrate a high level of interaction, initiative, and influence for Digital Transformation efforts. They will bring their skills to bear to help customers achieve their Digital Thread and Digital Twin goals.Roles and ResponsibilitiesThe candidate should be capable of working both independently and collaboratively with a cross functional team. He or she must be a change agent and have personal initiative. Possessing the drive to seek answers to complex problems, as well as to implement optimal solutions:Develop and implement comprehensive Digital Engineering strategies to support DoD and/or Commercial customer initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including systems engineers, software developers, and project managers, to ensure alignment and progress in digital engineering initiatives.Serve as a subject matter expert in MBSE, guiding both internal and customer teams on best practices and emerging technologies.Deploy common MBSE and DE COTS software, such as modeling tools (Cameo, Magic, SAM), middleware (ex. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
