Conduct comprehensive failure analysis on yield fallout or field returns to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions. Manage projects across the product portfolio to drive closure on quality issues or yield fallout, focusing on minimizing product costs. Collaborate closely with internal and external suppliers, operations, process engineering, quality assurance teams, and other organizational units to identify and mitigate risks affecting the product portfolio. Must Have: Minimum Requirements Bachelors degree Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience Nice to Have Bachelor's Degree in in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or similar discipline. Experience with product failure analysis. Project Management experience.
