Senior Project Engineer

We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to collaborate closely with clients, architects, project managers, and contractors. This role ensures that projects—especially those involving risk mitigation, claims field services, or investigative operations—are executed smoothly, accurately, and efficiently from planning to closeout.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the onsite liaison among clients, architects, internal teams, and contractors to maintain alignment across all project phases.
Manage document controls, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and compliance documentation.
Oversee procurement processes—ensuring timely delivery of materials with optimum quality and cost.
Monitor schedules, budgets, and financial projections to keep projects on track financially and operationally.
Coordinate and administer subcontractor agreements, ensuring clarity of responsibilities, insurance compliance, and payment processes.
Conduct site visits to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and effective issue resolution.
Lead project closeout activities, including compilation of documentation, manuals, and client handover deliverables.
Actively participate in value engineering and workflow optimization to enhance project outcomes.
Proactively identify risks and conflicts, developing mitigation strategies and facilitating communication for resolution.
Foster strong relationships with all project stakeholders, promoting teamwork and client satisfaction.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a construction, risk management, or project engineering role.
Proficiency with software tools such as Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Project), document control systems, and scheduling tools.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Driver’s license with a reliable driving record, due to required site visits.
Physical readiness to spend significant time onsite—standing, walking, and occasionally handling equipment.
