Full-time position with our Maui Team. Responsible for assisting the Project Manager in the managing construction projects.

Duties include, but are not limited to, scheduling, cost reporting, forecasting, payment applications, change proposals, requests for information, purchasing, submittal review, project start-up and close-out, and field engineering.

Minimum three to five years of experience in commercial, residential and/or institutional building construction projects.

Proficiency in MS Project, Outlook, Excel, and Word. College degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
