Responsibilities: Contribute to the development and implementation of comprehensive quality assurance strategies to ensure the highest standards of product quality and reliability. Assist in establishing and maintaining a robust testing framework, including functional, performance, and security testing, with a strong emphasis on automation as the first choice. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of quality assurance processes. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Qualifications: Significant experience in quality assurance, including the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar, with a focus on automation as the primary approach. Strong expertise in testing for scale and performance to ensure the system can handle high loads and perform efficiently. Good understanding of cloud platforms and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams. 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
