RRC CORE VALUES Must understand and personify RRCs core values: Client Satisfaction  understands the goal of always exceeding our clients expectations Employee Happiness  able to work well with others, communicate clearly with coworkers, promote a positive work environment, and mediate conflicts between team members Quality Work - able to take ownership, work independently, prioritize workload, and deliver quality results on time while working on multiple projects simultaneously Above and Beyond - versatile, flexible, able to anticipate the needs of the company, take the initiative, and willing to go out of your way to assist others ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist SCADA Group Leader in developing control and integration solutions for customers Responsible for troubleshooting and field testing of SCADA panels Execute SCADA projects including PLC/SCADA programming and database configuration Position requires some travel, including potential international travel, to job sites Ideal Profile MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES) Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Control System Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related engineering disciplines 7+ years industry experience, preferably in the renewable energy industry. Knowledge of industrial communication protocols, such as Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, DNP3.0, Ethernet/IP Knowledge of Communication Networking, IP, TCP, firewall/router configuration, etc. Proven ability to work under pressure, flexibility, and accommodation of tight deadlines Proven ability to take initiative researching and solving problems, multitasking, and escalating issues when appropriate Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to efficiently communicate and report at all levels Familiarity with IEC 61131 based programming languages (ladder logic, structured text), familiarity with SEL RTAC/Allen Bradley ControlLogix platform a plus Previous experience with Industrial SCADA platforms (GE Cimplicity, Wonderware, Ignition, etc.) Previous experience configuring industrial gateways/field IO a plus Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook Ability to travel up to 30%
