Senior Software Engineer
Location: Hybrid (1-2x a week onsite) in Seattle, WA
Position Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $150-175k, DOE
We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer to lead the modernization of legacy systems while driving innovation in new solutions. This role emphasizes hands-on development, system optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: Modernize and refactor legacy systems for scalability and performance. Design and implement new features and integrations. Work across the stack, focusing on .NET and diverse modern technologies. Solve complex technical challenges and ensure high code quality. Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals. Qualifications: Expertise in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) and proficiency in additional languages like Python, JavaScript, or Go. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization, and database optimization. Strong problem-solving and system design skills.
