Senior Software Engineer - Adobe Experience Platform

Please Note: This position is hybrid; however, you must reside within driving distance of our offices in Los Angeles or Costa Mesa, CA to attend meetings and team collaboration. ClubLabs is the digital acceleration team for Automobile Club of Southern California, also known as AAA. We are responsible for building intuitive customer experiences across insurance, membership, financial, emergency roadside, and travel services. Our team includes engineers, designers, researchers, and product managers dedicated to delivering value to our members and business for a smarter future. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be a data systems driver, working hands-on to build and optimize data infrastructure that powers customer personalization and analytics for a large, multistate organization. Your focus will be on integrating Adobe Real-Time CDP, managing ETL pipelines, and enabling data activation across marketing platforms. What You’ll Do You will design and maintain scalable data pipelines, model customer data, and ensure clean integrations between source systems and Adobe Experience Cloud platforms. You will own complex data challenges, applying effective solutions, and contribute to a 360-degree customer view for real-time personalization and marketing automation. Additionally, you will mentor peers and help stakeholders understand your solutions, fostering a collaborative environment with analysts, marketers, and engineers. What You’ll Need You should be experienced in architecting cloud-based data pipelines and working with large-scale data platforms. Familiarity with Agile workflows, data quality, system reliability, and impactful solutions is essential. Key technologies include Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Target, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Developer Console, cloud-based ETL tools (e.g., dbt, Airflow, AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory), SQL, Typescript, AWS services (Lambda, Gateway, S3), and experience with data modeling, identity resolution, and API integration.
