Walmart U.S. offers a wide range of products valued by customers whether shopping online or in-store, focusing on areas like customer service, stores, employees, merchant tools, data science, search, and personalization.What You'll DoFull Stack Development: Engage in hands-on coding, code reviews, debugging, and optimizing frontend and backend code, ensuring high quality and best practices.Frontend Expertise: Use JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ReactJS, and Webpack to build responsive, dynamic interfaces, ensuring seamless user experiences and design consistency.Backend Expertise: Leverage Java, Spring Boot, and Kubernetes to develop scalable backend services, implement microservices architecture, and ensure integration with frontend systems.Mentoring & Learning: Mentor team members, promote continuous learning, and foster knowledge sharing.Architecture & Design: Stay updated on emerging technologies, make strategic architectural decisions, and maintain documentation, driving the architectural vision.Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to improve user experience and ensure seamless integration.App Health, Quality, and Performance: Prioritize application quality, respond to feedback, enhance performance, and monitor system health.Tech Initiatives & Innovation: Lead technological advancements, promote new ideas, and adopt cutting-edge technologies.Time Management & Planning: Manage project timelines, tasks, and ensure timely delivery.Engineering Excellence: Uphold high standards through meticulous work, code reviews, and solving complex technical challenges.Leadership: Provide technical guidance, lead projects, and mentor junior staff.What You'll Bring:Proven ability to write clean, testable, maintainable code.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Minimum 8 years of full-stack development experience in complex systems.Excellent communication skills.Leadership experience in project management and mentoring.Experience in e-commerce or marketplace platforms.Contributions to open-source or active platform evangelism.About Walmart Global TechJoin a team where one line of code can improve lives for millions.
