Analyze workload and computer usage. Maintain interfaces with outside systems. Analyze downtimes, proposed system modifications, upgrades, and new COTS. Define problems and develop system requirements and program specifications. Coordinate with programmers to ensure proper implementation of program and system specifications. Develop, in conjunction with functional users, system alternative solutions. Qualifications: Minimum of six (6) years of experience specific to the skill. Bachelor's Degree. Active TS/SCI w/FS Poly.
