Accountabilities:
Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs using Python and Go, ensuring high reliability and performance.
Develop maintainable, high-performance frontends using Angular (v17+) and TypeScript.
Integrate drone and robotics hardware into software workflows to optimize data processing and user experience.
Lead full project lifecycles — from design to deployment — and provide ongoing support.
Build observability systems, including monitoring, logging, and alerting, to maintain system health.
Proactively resolve production issues and improve system maintainability and performance.
Collaborate closely with product managers, QA, and operations teams to align technical output with business goals.
Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of code quality, collaboration, and innovation.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in fullstack development, with strong backend and frontend capabilities.
Proficient in Python and TypeScript; experienced with Angular or similar modern JS frameworks.
Deep understanding of REST API design, authentication, versioning, and third-party integrations.
Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (or equivalent), Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
Skilled with PostgreSQL and MongoDB; strong database design and optimization knowledge.
Committed to code quality and automated testing (unit, integration, E2E with tools like Jest or Pytest).
Hands-on with CI/CD workflows and version control using Git.
Experienced in building and maintaining scalable architectures (microservices, modular, event-driven).
Strong initiative and ownership mindset, with clear communication and collaboration skills.
