Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of professional software development experience (non-internship). 5+ years of experience in programming with at least one software language. 5+ years leading system design or architecture focusing on reliability and scalability. Experience in mentoring, tech leading, or managing engineering teams. Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years covering the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, and testing. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Experience in system architecture and design. Proven ability to lead and influence your team effectively.
